About me
I'm general counsel of ACT | The App Association, representing thousands of mobile software makers and connected device companies in the app economy. I lead the App Association’s legislative advocacy on issues including privacy, digital health, antitrust, intellectual property, and related issues. I have a JD with a concentration in communications law from George Mason and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University. Prior to joining the App Association, I was counsel for the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
At TPRC, I'm especially interested in antitrust, privacy, intellectual property, and law and policy as they relate to tech-driven markets.
